New York, United States of America

Longtime a symbol of classical beauty in music, Steinways have for the last 160 years been a staple in the world of music, in the elegant and ornate spheres to the budding musician’s corner of a local music house. This piece is no different, as it continues the legacy of its family with its craftsmanship and beautiful sounds they still resonate. Steinways have become a touchstone throughout U.S. culture and history. In 1938, the 300,000th Steinway made was presented to President Franklin D. Roosevelt on behalf of the Steinway family. The instrument was meant to replace the 100,000th Steinway gifted to the White House in 1903.
