Francois Krige could often take years to work on artwork. As such, a few of his works are left unfinished after his passing. This portrait here is of another young boy, his eyes filled with a vacant expression. Again, the use of the close crop brings the viewer closer, inviting them in for an intimate moment with the subjects in the art.
